Q : Do you have a testing facility?
A : Yes, TMC has test labs offering a full array of onsite compliance testing, including 3m EMC/EMI chambers, located in the Shenzhen, China, and at one strategic locations in Ningbo. In addition, TMC has dedicated certification service offices located in Hongkong, Shanghai.

Q : How much does it cost to certify my product?
A : Cost varies depending on the product type and scope of the certification/evaluation. Once TMC reviews your product information to determine the full scope of the investigation, TMC will work with you in determining the time frame for testing and certification.
Q : Are samples required? Are they returned?
A : Samples for testing may be required. The number required is determined by the anticipated test program. Destructive tests are usually involved in our thorough test programs so, in many cases, the samples may not be usable. All samples after test will be sent back to the Applicant unless otherwise indicated by the Applicant.
Q : How many samples will be needed for testing?
A : The number of samples required varies depending on the type of product. Your Project Manager will notify you with the number of samples needed.
Q : How long does it take to test my product?
A : Depending on which country you test your product will determine how long it will take. As each case is unique and specific to your product.
Q : Do you have a credit application?
