Thank you for using declaration/report query system, and this tips are as follows:
1.For the convenience of your query, you only need type declaration / report numbers and can be easily entered into the database.
2.Please fill in the declaration number in turn
3.This system is only used to confirm the validity of the declaration on your request. The relevant details of the declaration number, you can request to our lab only when you get the premise of declaration holder in written.

TMC Informs that: 
1. Our company is not a NB organization and this declaration is not issued in the form of NB institution EU.
2. The  declaration format is mainly based on the manufacturer's technical documents and sample evaluation results.It does not involve the quality system management of the manufacturer's production process.This does not mean that the relevant directives and regulations fully comply with the requirements of the regulations.
3. The manufacturer shall follow a sound mode of execution for the requirements of relevant regulations and directives.
4. If the relevant party has a file of such certificate report, please stop the dissemination immediately.
5. Since March 27, TMC laboratory will no longer accept any new type of certification applications within the covid 19 product range.
6. all declarations/reports issued by TMC laboratory within the scope of covid-19 are voluntary.
7. voluntary declaration is not required by any act of law and is not equivalent to the conformity assessment procedure for the Notify Body within this scope.
8.  a voluntary declaration is not a necessary condition for importing goods into the eu market
9. a voluntary declaration does not give the manufacturer the right to label its products
10. the CE mark is placed on the product in accordance with the relevant regulations of the European Union after meeting the basic requirements applicable to the product
11. due to the existence of a large number of invalid and malicious tampering files, we have canceled the website query method of all declarations reports since march. If you need to verify the authenticity of the files, the only way is to send the original PDF file with digital encryption seal to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and we will refuse to reply to any other files in other formats.
